Nikitta believes in fostering strong relationships and leveraging student interests to enhance their learning. She’s been in education for over 15 years. She has her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Penn State and is Certified in Organizational Development and Leadership. She enjoys officiating weddings and crafting!
