2021 was a great year that brought exciting challenges and newfound growth for Teacher Time To Go! In our third year as a company, we were able to explore new avenues, give back to our community and host many fun events! Here is a look back at all that we have accomplished over the past year!
For the PSSA’s this past Spring, we partnered with Bethel Academy to offer a workshop to help prepare students for the PSSA’s. We had 95 students attend the workshop and provided whole group support based on the students’ grade. It was awesome to be able to support members of the community and communicate with parents to help them best support their children through the testing process!
Teacher Time To Go sponsors the Healthy Kids Running Series in West Chester and Lower Merion. We attend the races and hand out treats to runners at the finish line! It is a fun way to connect with members of our local community and watch children’s beaming smiles as they crossed the finish line! We provided bags, as well as take home goodies and snacks for the races!
We launched our Kindergarten Extended Day Enrichment Program, which offered afternoon learning support for students in the AM Kindergarten Programs. Our tutors guided small groups of students through engaging learning activities to help them grow as learners! We plan to continue this through the new year!
Teacher Time To Go partnered with Lipowics and Common Space to raise money for a supply drive for schools in our community. We ended up raising over $2,500 and we were able to purchase brand new notebooks, pens, pencils, scissors, erasers, folders, etc. The schools were so excited to receive our donations and it was amazing to see our community rally behind us to support local students and schools!
Teacher Time To Go is looking forward to 2022 and all of the exciting new events that we will be hosting!
