Jennifer Shemtob

Owner

Jennifer Shemtob possesses 10 + years of classroom experience. She taught in the Lower Merion School District and the Philadelphia School District. She holds her Masters of Education and is Triple Certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education. She has her Reading/Writing/Literacy Certificate, Instructional Technology Certificate, and Classroom Management Certificate. Additionally, Jennifer recently completed an Instructional Coaching Endorsement Program which helps in the mentoring and training and development of the tutors on her team. Jennifer is as an active member of the National Tutoring Association, and involved in many Professional Networking Groups and Charity Initiative’s. Jennifer’s passion for education, vision for individualized instruction, and desire to help as many students and families as possible, is the driving force behind her work as the owner of Teacher Time To Go.

Victoria Hails

Director of Recruitment

Victoria Hails serves as the Director of Recruitment for Teacher Time To Go. Victoria will be assisting in the creation of resources and materials for the tutors, developing training platforms, and handling the social media and marketing for the company. Graduating from Indiana University’s School of Education with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General and Special Education, she is certified in General Education (PreK-4) and Special Education (PreK-8). Spending four years as a Special Education Teacher, coaching the basketball team and running team at her school, Victoria will use these experiences to grow the company.  In her role as Director of Recruitment, she is committed to using the skills she have developed in my many education roles to help connect with tutors and families and in turn, increase student mastery and success.

Sarah Steinberg

Client Relations Manager

Sarah has been a star tutor on the team since the launch of TT2G in 2019. Her organization, attention to detail and proactive communication skills make her a great fit for the Administrative Team at Teacher Time To Go. Sarah is an Elementary School tutor on our team. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University. Sarah creates an environment with high, yet achievable, expectations for her students in order to motivate them for success. Furthermore, Sarah has been awarded several recognitions such as the Apple Teacher Award for excellent use of technology in the classroom.

Rachel Zera

Recruitment Coordinator

Rachel Zera is the Recruitment Coordinator for Teacher Time To Go. Rachel’s roles include the recruitment of tutors, interviewing, onboarding and training the teams’ tutors.  Rachel connects with local school districts and colleges/universities to ensure that we have the top talent. Rachel is a certified teacher in Elementary and Special Education, with a minor in Mathematics and Early Childhood Education.  She is a Google certified educator and is a Crisis Prevention Interventionist.  Rachel has worked as a classroom teacher on many different levels and has served as a New Teacher Coordinator and Inclusion Facilitator.  Rachel is excited to share her teacher training expertise and recruitment skills with the TT2G team!


Bella Cipresso

Head of Social Media & Marketing

Bella handles the social media and marketing for Teacher Time To Go.  Her roles include creating content, sharing on our platforms, generating leads, and growing our following.  Bella helps with the expansion of our market and territories and finds creative ways to elevate our brand.  Bella currently attends Cabrini University majoring in Psychology with a specialty in Child Development and Group Leadership.  Her areas of expertise include communication, computer, and critical thinking skills. Teacher Time To Go loves having Bella working as an intern for the team!
