Ann’s tutoring philosophy is built on encouragement, support, patience, and fostering student confidence in their own abilities to learn and understand their studies. She has taught and tutored all ages of students. She has her Bachelor’s in Meteorology and Atmospheric Science from The Pennsylvania State University and her Master’s in International Development from The University of Edinburgh. Fun fact–she is a Storm chaser and skier!
