I am a firm believer in the quote, “Well-behaved women rarely make history.” I think that taking chances is imperative for growth and ultimately makes you who you are meant to be. March is Women’s History Month and we want to celebrate the amazing efforts of some incredible women in our history.
Here at TT2G, we are a women owned and run business and pride ourselves in building up other women businesses. From politicians, to artists, to athletes, history is history and we are proud to showcase the great women of our generation and past/future generations.
Because there are WAY too many to name, I am going to share a few articles of some of our favorites. But the focus of this article is going to highlight the incredible women on the TT2G team who are glue that holds the team together.
Tori is the Director of Recruitment for Teacher Time To Go. Her role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) connecting with local colleges/universities and school districts to share our services, developing ways to find tutors (indeed, job fairs, etc), conducting interviews, onboarding support, tutor training and development, and organizing our website. Tori was a classroom teacher for years. Her passion for education and organization is truly remarkable.
Sarah is the Client Relations Manager for Teacher Time To Go. Her role and responsibilities include matching families with tutors on our team, ensuring that families are happy with our services, and checking in to improve our customer service. Sarah is hardworking to a tee, meticulous, and overly scheduled. She is an absolute pleasure to work with each day and we are excited about the future of the company with Sarah’s assistance.
Bella is our Social Media and Marketing Intern for Teacher Time To Go. Her role and responsibilities include developing ideas to reach targeted demographics, sharing creative content on facebook, Instagram, twitter, and other social media channels, and developing relevant material for blog and other writing mediums. Bella is driven, determined, and never turns down a challenge. We love having her part of the TT2G team!
Do you know a women making history? We’d love to hear from you!
