Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!  Here are some great kid friendly treats to make this St. Patty’s the most lucky yet!  Let us know your favorites and we would love to add it to our list : )

  1. Rainbow Parfait

To make this Rainbow Parfait, just gather up a rainbow of fruit. My choices are: red- strawberries, orange- mandarin oranges, yellow- pineapple, green- kiwi, blue- blueberries, purple-grapes.

Instructions: put each fruit in a separate bowl, evenly distribute the fruit into clear classes, starting with grapes and ending with strawberries, and top with whipped cream!

  • Lucky Charm Rice Krispy Treats

To make these Lucky Charm Rice Krisy Treats, it’s as simple as following the rice krispy treats recipe on the back of the box.  Needed: marshmellows, butter, and a box lucky charms cereal!

Instructions: melt marshmellows and butter in a deep pot and stir until melted.  Slowly add in the cereal mixing thoroughly.  Transfer to a large baking dish.  Wait until hard and then enjoy : )

  • Fruity Pebble Popsicles

To make these Fruity Pebble Popsicles, all you need is your favorite yogurt, a juice of choice, and a popsicle stick mold.  The kids will love this!

Instructions: melt marshmellows and butter in a deep pot and stir until melted.  Slowly add in the cereal mixing thoroughly.  Transfer to a large baking dish.  Wait until hard and then enjoy : )

  • Rainbow Pretzel Wands

To make these Rainbow Pretzel Wands, all you need is frosting of your choice, rainbow sprinkles, and your favorite pretzel rods.

Instructions:  use a spoon/knife to coat half of the pretzel.  Sprinkle the sprinkes on a plate.  Roll the covered pretzel rod in the sprinkles.  Arrange on parchment paper.  Enjoy!
